Increased Decay is a modern metal band formed in 2023 in the province of Milan, Italy, with the goal of creating original and contemporary music that blends powerful and modern sounds with a melodic and emotionally rich core. In 2024, they released their first singles "Blame" and “Dim Light of Soul”, gaining attention within the underground scene and joining the roster of Superbia Music Group. With the agency, they followed up with “Lost Forever” and “Strong Enough”, released in June and November of the same year. Through dedicated work and a growing presence on the Milan live circuit, performing at iconic venues such as Legend Club and Rock ’n’ Roll Club, the band strengthened its artistic identity and built an ever-expanding fanbase. At the end of 2024, Increased Decay chose to continue independently, focusing on writing new material. The following year opened with the release of “Like a Thunder” in April and “Erase” in June. After an intense summer of production, the band released their debut album “Frozen Heart”, a ten-track collection that includes their previous singles along with four new tracks. The album combines modern metal energy with melodic accessibility; a mix of aggressive guitar riffs, tight rhythms, and strong electronic elements that give it a contemporary edge. Fronted by powerful and emotionally charged female vocals, “Frozen Heart” captures the perfect balance between intensity, melody, and vulnerability.
