MAINPAIN was formed in 1996. Their first EP, PAINTED, was released in 2001, followed by their first LP, FOOD FOR TOUGHTS, in 2006. The response was so positive that MAINPAIN was hired by Blaze Bayley as the opening act for his European tour, sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in the Italian metal scene, such as Strana Officina, Domine, Sabotage, and Crying Steel. 2012 saw the recording of THE EMPIRICAL SHAPE OF PAIN, which was released in 2014. In 2017, the band released their latest EP, RISE AGAIN, accompanied by a new music video. 2021 marked the band's 25th anniversary, and new songs have been in the works ever since. Stay tuned!
