BLACK STARS

StageJUMP Member

Milano, Italy | Hard rock

The initial lineup was formed in Milan (Italy) in June 2022 thanks to Max Adams, former guitarist of Love Machine, who decided to leave the band for the second time in its history in 2020 after nearly 30 years. In July 2022, Max brought in vocalist Tony Pecere (ex-Crimson Dawn and Betoken), guitarist and keyboardist Alberto Wolfie Presotto (ex-Opera Noire and Sakem), bassist Walter Soresina (ex-Crossbones and Fuckin’ Jam), Gianluca "Giangio" Manzini (ex-King Lizard) on keyboards, and Simone Moi on drums. This combo began writing original Heavy/Hard Rock material heavily influenced by the golden era of the '80s and '90s. Black Stars have played at the Cart & Horses in London alongside Rhabstallion, opened for Marco Mendoza, and will be among the featured acts at the HHR Festival in the UK next year. The EP was recorded with the drummer Sergio Masperi. The finally result is all in this EP called simply BLACK STARS from Underground Symphony. Directly inspired by the pure spectacle of the 1980s Heavy and Hard Rock scene this EP is a loud and definitive declaration: Real rock is alive! Forget the filters, the apologies, and the clean production. Expect killer riffs that shred, glass-shattering vocals, and an unfiltered, unapologetic energy. Razor-Sharp Riffs: The backbone of every track. Rhythms that leave you no escape, guaranteed to make you bang your head. This is a ferocious take on the '80s, combining the classic vibe with an unmistakably modern, muscular sound. The band performed at London's Cart & Horses alongside Rhabstallion (NWOBHM) and shared the stage with Marco Mendoza in Milan. They have appeared on Rock TV and Metal Academy, with their music enjoying heavy rotation across major international radio stations
